Art Opening and Talk: Richard Galpin
At the HighLine: Debut of Viewing Station, an interactive artwork by Richard Galpin with a talk by the artist. Viewing Station allows park visitors to look through a viewing apparatus lined up with a metal screen from which geometric shapes have been cut. The combination of these two devices will give visitors an altered, abstracted view from the High Line. Reception at 6:30; talk at 7:30
